At Pinocchio's Pantry, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal ingredients; if your order does not meet your expectations, we offer returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. Due to food safety regulations, perishable goods cannot be returned, but we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit for any items damaged during transit.

Email our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of any damaged or incorrect food items.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide a prepaid shipping label for eligible non-perishable returns.
Pack with Care
Place the unopened, original packaging inside a secure shipping box to ensure the items are not compromised during the return journey.
Processing & Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned pantry staples, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
